3. Then open sublime_text.exe then go > help > enter licence the paste these key..
4. Hexed - https://hexed.it/
5. Open File Local DriveC:/Program File/Sublime Text/ and select sublime_text.exe
6. Search for  97 94 0D
7. Change to   00 00 00
8. Export
9. Save to Desktop and cut and paste into current install dir.
